The exact scope, deliverables and turnaround for any engagement are agreed in writing with each client before work begins.
3. Quotations and Engagement
Quotations provided through this website or by email are indicative and without obligation until confirmed in writing. An engagement is formed when both parties agree the scope of work, pricing and turnaround times.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear source material (audio, notes, images and instructions), ensuring they have the right to share that material with us, and reviewing completed work upon delivery. Quality of output depends in part on the clarity of the material supplied.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client material — including property details, tenancy information and business data — as confidential. Client files are used solely to deliver the agreed services and are never shared with unrelated third parties.
6. Accuracy and Review
Every piece of work passes through our quality checking process before delivery. Clients should review completed work promptly; reasonable revision requests raised within an agreed period after delivery will be addressed at no additional charge.
7. Intellectual Property
Completed reports and documents produced for a client become the property of that client upon payment. Our internal processes, templates and systems remain the property of PropAdmin Solutions.
8. Liability
We take care to deliver accurate, professional work. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
